My English is definitely way better than his. But, the confidence with which he answered is simply superb. Look at his answer for what do u see urself in 5 years down the line, I mean, I would've definitely stammered. For the job role he's applying for, I think he's got pretty decent skill set.

English is not a criteria to define one's capability. Even the best footballers don't know how to speak English. This guy has confidence and seemingly good exposure to agricultural practices, but unfortunately he is not able to express himself fully in English and result is that morons like you make him laughing stock. This colonial mindset in us needs to be wiped off. We should not be bound to tame ourselves to something that doesn't even belong to us. Don't make fun of anybody. Let's appreciate this guy for his confidence ☺

dude, this doesn't give you a roof to hide. English is a necessity to survive. mein bhi koi angrezi madhyam se nahi padha.. mehnat ki angrezi pe... u have to work on it. u just can't sit and say world is unfair. aapki puri college , degree aap angrezi se padhte ho and then people say don't expect me to speak English. I don't think your point is right. If you see in IT industry most clients are from USA. You HAVE to learn English. Otherwise pichhe reh jaoge. This is bitter truth bhai.

Very good interview. I liked his confidence and sincerety which is hard to find these days. Language is just a barrier of human mind, nothing more. If I were the interviewer, I would definitely hire this person.

I waited till the end of the video to find the worse, couldn't. Rather this is one of the best Interviews I hv seen, POSITIVES to learn here --- CONFIDENCE, DEDICATION, PASSIONATE & WILL TO OPEN A BRANCH for his own district & help his own people. HATS OFF!

On the surface, it appears funny, but I admire this man's confidence and answers. If this video is true, he will probably not get the job because the interviewer is a typical HR goat who probably expects scripted answers in posh English with an urban flavor. This job applicant has great answers to the questions. He may not get this crappy job, but he'll do well in life, much better than the moron interviewing him.

Arul John The “moron” as you call her already went threw her own job interview to get where she is and obviously was successful. It’s the person’s responsibility applying for the job to be prepared for the interview. He’s the one who wants or needs the job not the other way round.
