Coconut flavor, I know many people don't like it (and the fact that "vanilla" flavor is just coconut flavor in some locations) but it reminds me of childhood and I like the taste and softer texture it got contrasting to vanilla ice cream.

Fun fact; that overbearingly fake banana flavor is based upon the ester compounds of a popular banana that went extinct in the 50's!

Ohhhhhh thaaaaats where it came from! I jist thought it's a crappy imitation and that banana flavor was difficult to artificially replicate. Lol great, good to know 👍
