I was 18 in 1990. The only one of these 'trends' I remember seeing IN THE 90's was the turtle neck. Most of the rest of this stuff is early 2000's.

Since you were 18 in 1990 you missed all of these trends, which showed up in schools a lot. I wore jncos starting in 96, the movie Casper came out in 95 (visor), i had gfs who wore popcorn shirts around 94. I never saw people wearing goggles outside of music videos and movies. I didn't really see people wearing turtle necks either, I would assume older people did that 20-40)
