Hey James, I'm sure that you're a believer too, that's why you're here. Please don't give up, sometimes I feel far away from God, and on a daily basis I struggle, but my sweet brother told me, that struggling with God is better than struggling without him ! And when I thought about, I found 100% true, he's got the whole world in his hands, so we are safe. I pray in Jesus name that you will have peace of mind, and may the holy spirit fills you and be with you always. Amen

I don't tell God what to do with prayers, I'm his servant not him my servant, you just keep in constant sustained conscious contact with God, by not being unconscious (asleep) keep awake when you drift in to thought your asleep, just observe your thoughts, when you engage with the voice in your own head, you reconnect to the bondage of self,
