Worried about DJing on the "wrong" gear? 😅 Watch this..
❌ Don't get hung up on gear! As long as it has the basics, you can DJ on it..
Жүктеу.....

This was my second or third mixer I owned, I opened it up to replace cross fader and found that there was a spare one inside the unit 👌🏻

a "real DJ" is someone who provides entertainment to a group of people in the form of music. the crowd doesnt care about your style, or your gear. they just want to be entertained, even if it is just background music. if they dont like the music, they will leave and go somewhere else

Does knowing how to mix with turntables makes you a better DJ? Yes. But does in fact make you a good DJ? No. If you can’t read a crowd, you can do beatmatching with turntables on a 0.000x Level of Precision and you won’t be a good DJ.

I got a little Ddj-200 to learn on. I like it but looks like there's no way to connect lights to it or my laptop and control them with Rekordbox?

The only DJ controller in the world you can connect lights to directly with a wire is the DDJ-FLX10.

Back in the day, there was no 24 tracks. There was 4. You had to plan out your song from start to finish and have some real developed talent, in order to get a good recorded performance. If you have little, you will learn to do more.

That's too much for a DMC mixer. You don't need cue, eq and gain . Tha line/phono switch is useless too. A crossfader is more than enough :D
