Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray finally kickstarted the much-awaited BDD Chawl redevelopment project in Worli, Mumbai. NCP supremo Sharad Pawar was also present during the event.     मुळ रहिवाशांची विकसित वरळी मधे राहण्याची लायकीच नाही हे सर्व संबधित चोरांनी आधीच ठरवून टाकले आहे. म्हणूनच 15 वर्षांची अट काढून टाकली आहे. जेणे करून त्वरित विकून जातील.

    Badhiya hai Yeh 500 sq ft flat ki price Mumbai mein 2.5 cr ke pass hogi agar koi kharidta hai toh . Mumbai mein har ek ko aisa ghar mile .

    Govt. Acts on No Loss No Profit policy. But still primarily after original beneficiaries gain, if Govt. gains Rs.2.25 crores per flat of equall numbers of saleable flats. Govt. can spare Rs.0.25 crores of this profit as Corpus Fund per Rehab Flat.

    PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ONE THING THAT DELHI GOVT HAS WRITE OFF 8.00 LAKH CRS IN LAST 7 YEARS. NEARLY 19 LAKHS THOUSAND CR IS TODAY BANKS NPA THAT WILL NEVER SEEMS TO COME BACK. IN THAT CASES WHAT UDDHAV GOVT IS DOING IS GREAT JOB FOR THE POOR PEOPLE. NO DOUBT 50 50 POLICY HELPS POOR PEOPLE. GOVT GST BALANCE IS ALMOST 30000 CR. THEY ARE SPENDING 20000 CR FOR CENTRAL VISTA. GOALS ARE DIFFERENT GOVT WISE.
