Worlds Largest Model Railroad! Turn Tables, Trestles, Steam Trains Etc At Entertrainment Junction!
Ойын-сауық
The Worlds Biggest Model Train Layout! This Huge Toy Train Layout Includes Steam Trains, Freight Trains, Trollies And Passenger Trains. It Has Turn Tables That Actually Work & A Huge Freight Yard. This Is EnterTrainment Junction In West Chester, Ohio Between Dayton And Cincinnati. It is set up in different eras. It starts in the 1860s and goes up to the 21st century. You can see trains passing at the railroad crossings and there is just too much to list.
EnterTrainment Junction is for sale right now. If it doesn't sell by the end of the year it will close. That would be a huge loss. The owners want to do other things and decided to sell the whole thing. The owners have a big garden railroad at their house that I filmed. See my Garden Railroads playlist for that video and others.
I filmed this a few years ago and when I found out that the business is for sale I decided to post this. I will be going back again soon to film it again. What is your favourite part of the layout? Please leave a comment and a thumbs up.
Filmed in 1080p with 30fps. Thanks for watching!
Please thumbs up and watch another JawTooth video to help my channel.

I'm not a modeler and usually I don't care about watching model trains operating but this was impressive!! I watched the entire 36 minutes and even paused and rewound several times to read signs and see interesting features again. I hope someone buys this business so it doesn't close.

I remember when it first opened and I bought a years pass. I plan on visiting it at least one more time. It will be terrible to lose this treasure

Like the person above I am not into model trains but I also rewound several times to read signs info about the railroads. Would love to have you explain verbally about how Chessie served as a mascot for ? Railroad. Would have liked to see the hobo signs and translations better. I watch this on my phone so very small screen. Thank you for taking the time to film this. Very interesting. Until next time.

There was a cool miniature place on I-78 heading west from Allentown towards Harrisburg It was called Roadside America It had been there since the 50s 1 guy built it and it was a neat place. But about 5 years ago it went out of business because the roof leaked and they couldn't get it fixed or find a new place. There was a large model railroad east of Montgomeryville PA , in NJ, I think Fleming NJ on Route 202 Northlandz They were in one building and were owned by a nice family, but a new foreign family bought it and moved it to a new place nearby and tripled the admission fee. I called the new owners and they were really mean and rude, so I decided not to go. It is a shame so many great places are bought out by people who don't care about anything except making money. Howe Caverns in upstate NY, they were always great. Admission was 20 dollars, but about 15 years ago a really awful family bought the business and they charged 50 dollars, and they charged for parking They have about 300 acres and they have always had a dirt parking area, and never charged for parking It is in the middle of nowhere, but the new family charges for parking It is just sticking the knife in and twisting it asking to pay for parking I used to go there on my birthday, but the year they took over was the last year I went there. A real shame You could bring the whole family for 100 dollars, now you need 300 dollars to bring the family. Just wrong It's a cave, not an amusement park. Very sad😢

This video was a pleasure. The owner is probably up in age and is finding it difficult to operate this wonderful attraction. Hopefully, someone will purchase this enterprise. They also have a train that you can ride on that goes through the wall and outside. It is really cool. I rode it once with the kids
Some incredible modeling there. The Civil War era railroad had a ton of scratchbuilt bridges and tunnels. Some wonderful scenery and incredible trackwork in the 1940s era railroad. The 1980s era railroad was no slouch in the modeling department, either. And as for the scale Coney Island, I knew the Coney Island Cyclone was wild, but not *that* wild! 🤣

I've seen a private collection which numbered into the hundreds of not cars, but numerous sets of different HO scale, plus one large table which took up 4 complete rooms above an operating small town market. The boy who shared this treasure with me, went on to write and publish many model railroading how-to books. You may have heard of him, Bob Hayden.

This video on the model railroad modules at Entertainment Junction is fascinating to watch, Jaw Tooth! The people who put this complex together put a lot of time and effort into what we see in the video. Hopefully, someone or some organization will step in and keep it going. ({psted 7 July at 13:31 CDT.)
That is some set-up, JT. I just hope they've got a buyer that'll keep it open as the Entertrainment Junction that we've seen here. I was wondering about the Roller-Coaster and if it was in real Scale, would those 'cars' on it be doing what sort of G Forces, from negative to positive and back. I love those push-button attractions and that Round-House was quite something. The Trolley cars were quite something too. Amazing bridge-work and Trestles. Great to see JT. Keep safe now and all the best. Cheers!

Good morning!
To add to other comments, the world's largest train layout is Miniatur Wunderland, in Hamburg, Germany. Different scales of trains and even an airport where airplanes takeoff and land. Huge building. I saw a documentary about this fantastic building and layout. Actually, many layouts. The one you are showing us in this video, would be miniature by comparison to the one in Germany.
Beautiful layout! Wish I could afford something like this. The only problem I would really have with owning this is the combination of the ringing of the bell from the steam trains and the sirens in the background. This would cause me to think of a line from a Monty Python movie where a character is pulling a cart, ringing a bell and yelling “… bring out your dead!” I guess we watched “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” too many times over 40 years of Fire & EMS … ROFLMTO (“T” for tush) Thanks to my EMS partner and life long friend “Wheel Chock” who was & is as durable as the Motorola that was crushed by W3! 😉

@JawTooth
10 күн бұрын
Hello there Gary! That is a shame that it is closing also. Just a few years ago we had Tims Trains close also and it was my favorite because it was next to the railroad
We have a fairly good sized 26’x 26’ HO layout in our basement. I can understand having to fix old sections of the track when trains continuously derail. My dad and I started the layout in 1968. It’s been through major changes and additions to get it where it is today. I have four sons, and as they grew up, we worked together to do big projects like double tracking the entire mainline. A train takes roughly 15 minutes to make a complete run around the layout.
@JawTooth
Күн бұрын
Wow, that is awesome! That must be a lot of fun running them. I would be running them every night. How do you keep all that track clean? That must be a job keeping it running smooth over switches or cross overs

That is a spectacular layout, JT! How many trains are running at the same time? Does an individual own it? 😃😃
@JawTooth

There are at least a dozen running at once. The guy who owns it lives in Montgomery Ohio and has a garden railroad in his back yard that goes through a wall in his basement and then runs in the basement as well. I actually filmed his garden railroad about 5 or 6 years ago. It's in my Garden Trains playlist. I think the thumbnail shows the kids standing over it with a train going under them
