WORLDS BIGGEST second hand book market in KOLKATA college street
#bookmarket #collegestreet #kolkata
The worlds biggest second hand book market is in Kolkata on colelge street. I had to go and pay a visit to see this. I promise this is a market unlike any other, simply unique and there's a book for every one out there.

And yes, there was a time when these institutions defined academic excellence of the country. It is worth an episode just for these institutions :). Kolkata is a city which accepted people of all countries and cultures with love and affection. In a country where there is so much hatred between communities, races, castes, regions Kolkata always stays away from such irrational hatred..Kolkata is a city with both historical heritage and mordern growing infrastructure. Kolkata has enormous potential which we will see in the next year's to come if the existing politics embraces more love and acceptance.
Imagine of writing a book about your experience of travelling all over the world and that book being sold in one of those stalls and some Calcutta University students bargaining over the price with the shopkeeper for a second hand copy.

The square is also famous for organising political rallies and protest marches. Welcome to the Cultural Capital of India. Have a great stay here!
