I wont be able to watch the shows but if ever they do come out on bluray or dvd i will be buying them. I love listening to Tarja explain things. She is incredible.
Tonttu is a sweet story but in typical Finnish fashion, he has a problem he must overcome. That's a pretty common theme. Persevering through adversity but also thoughtful and finding value in what others may not. It's interesting to see what other countries care more about. Tarja is very right. Many Christmas songs are superficial and all about cheer and gifts. Tonttu has deeper meaning. Very reminiscent of a 1940's America. Coincidentally the more modern version of Tonttu was composed around 1945.

I love Tonttu for that same reason because it challenges you and it uses your lower range more. Your lower range is mesmerizing, chilling and piecing. You mastered the song.
