Actually it's not really a coincidence:) Gigantism appears in a country that meets very particular healthcare level: 1) healthcare is good enough that you can survive with gigantism 2) healthcare is bad enough to not detect gigantism in early childhood and to not treat it Which fits perfectly for Turkey (no offense):)

There are also many warning signs in childhood that make pediatrician to investigate... Actually very high percentage of gigantism is detected during childhood in EU and US

Other than that, you can manage growth hormone levels and IGF-1 hormone levels in your body by medications. Are you really that stupid that you can't do a very simple Google search? You will find thousands of sources saying the same thing...
