Torsus should be a 6x6 considering it's size and payload. 4x4 will sink in the soft stuff for sure.

That "Torsus" off road bus looks like it can conquer every obstacle except a mild side-hill. Why they made so tall, narrow, and tippy looking? Looks ready to roll over at any time. Weird, is that just to fit down real narrow trails or something?

Tall things can balance better than you think! It's all about center of mass and stance.

You might not believe it, but it's actually not clickbait! Well, minus the colors, we'll admit: That's the Kenworth 963. The original photo does not use green, but rather silver. Green pops far more, though :)

Hate to break it to you, but heavy duty off-road buses have been around for decades at least. Also you absolutely butchered the pronunciation of "Berliet".

  • @LordGizmo

Technically speaking, there are no, or at least very few, 'heavy-duty off-road buses' by standard definition except for the Praetorian, and most any you'll find are one-offs rather than manufactured. Plenty of off-road transport vehicles, but buses would be separate; it's generally speaking just not a profitable niche! As for the pronunciation, as the voice I'll personally apologize on behalf of the channel. But, there are virtually no sources for the correct way to say most company names; you'd be surprised by how rare it is that they're actually said. Out of curiosity, I decided to search it, and I technically could find a pronunciation based on the fact that the name is French; however, I only found one video with 1,400 views that actually says it, and it's a documentary. Hope you understand!

@@LordGizmo The vehicle I was mainly thinking of was the Tundra Buggy. They've been around since the 1970s but there are only 17 built to date, than again, there were only two Berliet T100 trucks produced. The Tundra Buggies are honestly pretty cool vehicles though.
