I have had severe depression for many past years due to physical and psychological abuse. The fight between my head & heart to stay and not leave this world has been the battle of my life. I recently have been consistent in reading tahjud, my salah and zikar. I came across this recitation.. SubhanAllah my heart is so much at peace. I am without words to describe the sabar & peace within in me. I am 57 years . Please make dua for me and also may Allah make everything easy for all who are struggling in silence in this way.. Assalam o Alaikum I’m going through severe anxiety and panic attacks plus depression ! Doctors gave me meds but it will take few days to adjust in the body! It’s getting difficult I’m feeling scared and panic the whole day! Please please pray for me ! I’m praying Tahajjud and praying all my prayers dhikr Quran everything ! Things are getting worse day by day! Please pray to ALLAH to remove this disease from me as soon as possible!

Okay so I want to give you a solution.. Take a glass of water... Read surah Fatiha 7 times, aytul qursi 3 times, surah naas ,surah ikhlas and surah falaq for 3 times each....then blow it on the water...also while reciting these, put your hands on a part of your body you feel pain...then also blow on your body....Then with blown water, wipe your face like we apply cream...and drink the water....you need to do this three times a day...after Fajr, after asr and before going to sleep....and recite this dua لا الاه الا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء ور قدير 100 times in morning and 100 in evening. Inshallah it will help you....Keep me remember in your prayers

Same here ! I’m going through severe anxiety and panic attacks plus depression ! Doctors gave me meds but it will take few days to adjust in the body! It’s getting difficult I’m feeling scared and panic the whole day! Please pray for me !

In my case medicines not giving me good support its been years , i haven’t yet got a good doctor i think… in this modern age there should be a proper medicines which should gives us better relief… there is no problem taking medicines if that is the case…
