I love how half the passengers on the flight are just there for the experience and to be a part of something monumental, not so much people actually traveling for business. Everyone just seems so chill and glad to be there.

ALL of Flight Attendants are Drop Dead GORGEOUS!!! They must have pulled the best of the best from the entire company for this flight!

I was on Singapore airlines 16 years ago and I still can say. My favorite Airline to date: Most beautiful woman, handsome men and EXCEPTIONAL service, food and I was regular economy 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

I love that Sam ALWAYS tries to make things feel better.. Especially the heavy turbulence is very rocky to me.. BUT Sam describes it as-‘ rollercoaster’ it just make things better!

Notice how all the cabin crew still looks refresh, immaculate, polished and able to provide warm friendly service after a 19 hour flight. On shitty American airlines like United, the crew looks like death is around the corner lol

I don’t mind flying, but my patience gets low by hour 10 and by hour 12... I wanna jump out of the plane 😂🙈 I did Vancouver-Melbourne this summer and it was a bit over 16hrs non-stop. 😩

I had travelled is Singapore Airline's Boeing 777-300ER and the Airbus A350-900. Throughout my journeys in Singapore Airlines, I have experienced that the crew is very Friendly, Kind and always Helpful. I love the services of Singapore Airlines and they are very Loyal. Loved Singapore Airlines!!!

Singapore is one of the greatest airlines for sure in terms of everything.

@@syedhoque8009 currently, they are expanding on their US networks with direct flights to LAX, EWR and starting from next year, direct flights to SEA. with their new ULR, the only plans for it so far are only EWR and LAX. it'll come as no surprise if singapore airlines decides to further expand their US networks flying to central america with their ULRs!! :)

That was just such a good vibe! Model airplane, certificate, seated with fellow colleagues/KZreadrs, people who know you, served champagne, flying over the North Pole.. Just wow!

I don’t know how this turned up in my feed, but I loved and lived every moment. I could taste the champagne, feel every vibration in the tail section, smell that distinctive jet fuel or whatever that chemical is that I consider travel perfume, hear the hiss of the air vents. It's been so long since I did the polar route, Sam but for these few minutes I was over the clouds again. I cried, actually. Thank you for such a great vicarious-at-its- best experience

lardosian it’s a singaporean accent unique to Singapore:) locals speak Singlish (a slang or Singapore’s take on English) but we are educated formally in English so we can easily code switch to speaking professional English. S stewardesses are also trained to speak well and professionally. The accent is pretty similar to most South-east Asian countries.

The key to the conundrum is that stewardess appearance quotient is linear to price paid for ticket and actual location of seat occupied.

What an excellent opportunity to experience this 17 hours non-stop flight. Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My last pre-covid flight I landed at Johannesburg from Hong Kong on SAA business class and the most memorable part of landing at home, were the absolutely beautiful Singapore Airlines cabin crew members, one twirled and smiled when I let her through the door first :) Must be fun flying them.

I flew from Los Angeles to Singapore, 18 hours. It was perfect since the plane took off at 8:30 pm. A meal was served and I watched 2 movies and it was midnight so lights out. After sleeping 7 hours it was 7am Los Angeles time and just a few hours left until Singapore. Very convenient to travel this way.

I was in an airplane traveling from DFW to BWI when the plane hit severe turbulence/mechanical problem about halfway through. The plane fell out of the sky quite a ways. The flight attendants were freaking out the entire way after we fell and were not allowed to leave their seats even though it was smooth after that event. While that was happening, some movie was playing on all the shared screens. It was something where Queen Latifah was trying to fall in love with LL Cool J. The last thing I wanted to see was Queen Latifah acting like a teenager falling in lust. From then on, I can never watch movies on airplanes. The way the plane fell, was as quick and unexpected as a lightning bolt in sunny skies. Flying from SFO to HKG is rough for me. I cant sleep in public either. These long flights over 10 hours are pure torture for me.

Singapore airline is the best ever I have been flying with. You feel like in first class in economy. The staff work the whole time with a genuin smile to make you feel comfortable.

Problem with world longest flight! Get drunk in economy, beeing drunk for 5-6 hours, sleep 5-6 hours, wakeing up with hangover and realise your have 5-7 hours still to fly..........😳

Summer 2018 I flew a 15 hour flight from Chicago to Hong Kong in premium economy. It was on Cathay Pacific and it was wonderful! The crew, hot towel, entertainment choices, the food, the comfort/leg room(I'm almost 6ft tall) was fantastic! I would definitely do it all again if needed...

One of my best flight experiences was on Singapore airlines in economy from Sydney to Singapore. The service I received from Joyce felt as if I were flying in First Class! It actually felt better than the International First Class service I've had on other airlines. I can't wait to fly Singapore airlines A380 suites that I already booked!

What a longest journey in the sky for such a special and friendly passenger!...

I always take Singapore Airlines economy class from San Francisco to Singapore and it is a 17 hours 40 minutes flight. Even though the seats are pretty tight in economy, they have the best service. But this long hauler is a nightmare. I just wish to fly in a business class one day ! Lucky you Sam that you are able to enjoy the business class and premium economy !

Unlike here in the US, flight attendants hired by SQ can legally be selected or disqualified for their looks. Further, their tenure as flight attendants is limited to eight to ten years, something else that's not legal in the US. Our flight attendant unions took care of that. I think Singapore Airlines and Singaporean hiring and work rules have it completely right.

So enjoy your travels and great optimism for air travel. Premium Economy has definitely been my preferred ( more affordable) manner of travel for longer flights. An appreciable difference in arrival condition!

Still remember the roller coaster ride on the Delta flight from Santo Domingo to New York when suddenly the aircraft dived 500 meters thereafter another 500 meters and finally 800 meters all within a time span of ten minutes. This caused a major panic among fellow passengers. Stayed calm but thought this carries on for a while we might have a real problem. Other carriers that did the main trajectory had passengers with head wounds. Thank you very much and have a great day 🤗🤗

singapore airlines in the best value for money airline i find, i love the leg room you get in ecomomy and the staff were excellent and very beautiful i might add :) i flew from london to singapore with them.

Yes. They love their job because they only get to do it for eight years at most. By the time they’re burned out on flying, and dealing with passengers, they’re let go with absolutely option to stay on. By the way, I think this is a very good thing. Unlike our American flight attendants, who are permitted to stay on the job until they grow old die.
