There was so much history in this video. Seeing Neighbor run the 9, and George mentioning Ed. The customary battle with Leroy to break a record. Even the old Mt Dew tradition. Massive congrats to the whole McFarland Racing crew!

This was a very emotional episode for me. I remember when you guys had only just gotten the C7, and the turbo whistles, to now run 6.92 at 203.8mph is an insane feat. Not only that but running a 9.82 in Neighbor, with Gearge remembering Ed. This whole episode was a emotional roller-coaster, and honestly had me teary eyed in a couple spots. I was sitting here on my phone, watching and cheering you on as if i was actually there. You and the team deserved this Cleetus. Now go put a gosh darned second chute on Leroy!

I've watched the team bring Leroy from a fast drag car to a 6 second assassin, it been great seeing you guys overcome inconsistent launches, smoked engines and the many other issues with Leroy. Building the back half cage with 4 link, took some time to dial in but I knew Leroy would be a monster when you guys got him to hook. Congratulations on 6.92 you all deserve it, thanks!

I've seen Leroy in person when it was running 7s and 8s and was blown away by how wicked fast it looks in person vs on KZread. 6.90s is so insanely fast. Videos don't even do it justice.

I started watching the channel a few months before you bought Leroy. I was always a 60s and 70s Mopar and 90s import guy, but this build, your energy, and crew really got my attention. The first video I remember seeing was you looking at the then new C7 before it was released. I've been a regular viewer since. It's so awesome to see this! Congratulations to you and everyone who helped along the way!

It's been a long time coming. What an amazing effort from the whole team. Also shout out to the track crew with the awesome prep. Congratulations on the 6 second pass boys! Well deserved!

The way Pete looked at dude touching his shoulder after the 6.92 run was crazy lol... "WTF you doing touching me dude, but yes i am the legend" lol

Pete is going to be very busy building engines and being very good at it now more then ever with all of the new customers. Congrats to all of you guys. Very cool.

Kind of wish Coop and Jackstand were there.

U can even see the excitement Leroy brings out of u. This was ur passion. Ur true passion. Chasing seconds in the good ol original build.

Leroy was hooking hard off the leave! Wonder if a 1.0 60ft could have been achieved. Love the mid track camera angle. Really puts it in perspective to the viewers the amount of chooch being delivered when 2nd gear hits. You have surrounded yourself with an amazing team of gentlemen that are just as passionate as you are. Congrats!

1.0 is a long way from 1.1. It gets extremely hard dropping each hundredth below 1.1

Leroy at over 200mph brings me back to the wind tunnel days, nothing but a huge smile on my face seeing these passes. HELL YA BROTHER

I've watched Leroy, and Mcfarland racing grow from a boy into a man. It's been a blast, thanks for letting me share the ride!

i just want to say thankyou for letting us come on this awesome journey with you over the past couple years its been a blast im sure alot of other people can relate when i say i look forward to your videos and they can turn any of my bad days good keep up the excellent work man you dominate anything thrown at you and im sure your boy is going to have no problem following in your footsteps thankyou again for the great content and stuff to look forward to your truelly an inspiration to the racing communities
