You might have to read up on some info about the car, before you make claims. The lights on the hood are not main headlights, they are auxiliary lights. In addition, they are allowed in Europe, at least in the Nordic countries as well as Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and some more countries. However, they are not allowed in the USA, as KZreadrs there, who own this car, said. They must have a cover plate over the lights.
