Protagonist: "Oh, just pulling random objects to defy the laws of physics and fly through the air until I can get past all these stupid obstacles." Ollie: "This doesn't seem ethical." *A few minutes later* Ollie: "What are you doing? Shouldn't you be fighting him?" Protagonist: "When I could just repeatedly close this door in front of his face? Who do you think I am, some kind of Superman that can beat any monster? Cats are so stupid anyways, they never see patterns." *A few more minutes later* Poppy: "I understand. You want answers. You came back because of your coworkers. You wanna know what happened and why. This is your answer. We called it the Hour of...hold on, what are you doing? Is that a propane canister?" Protagonist: "You think I'm about to sit here and listen to whatever rant you're about to go on? When I could just use this canister to jump down the elevator shaft? I'm done with this factory, man. I'm all three. I like to do a casual playthrough when the game first comes out, then start theorizing hardcore, then eventually get into the speedrunning.

Game expects you to have it at this point, so I'd assume at that moment the game reloads your hand switching menu (because you lost the green hand for *obvious reasons* involving fire), and there's no try/catch code to see if you actually have the hands at all, since you *probably* should, so the preset reload includes the purple hand (and presumably orange hand) because you *should* have them at this point, but like... he doesn't because *funny chair fly go brrrr*

Resume:He switched hands when pressing the trigger against the catnap and the game began to load, which does the. Game code understands that he should have a purple hand (we can see that in the scene the grabpack 2.0 is here)

Then the game puts the purple hand that should be equipped because he should have the grabpack 2.0 (again seen in the scene) but it reappears as the default with the purple hand

@@yoPedrii7s ya the game expects you to have grabpack v2 and for some reason I think the game reloads *le* inventory so that the now nonexistent green hand is properly represented... aaaaand since you *should* have everything at the finale the reload state has all *le* gear in place so that nothing feels off... you don't magically lose the orange hand or grabpack v2, ya know. However *(Extremely important oversight)* the game doesn't check to see if you *actually* have everything, instead assuming you already do, so therefore it reloads the state it has programmed, which has grabpack v2, green hand, and *presumably* orange hand as well.

GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT!
