Still think the worst thing which can happen is if you get a body found in Amendment XXV on the way back to the exit on a perfect run but yeah failing Requiem is pretty painful.

He was leaving a restricted area during heated moments. The cops tend to shoot anything that moves and it doesn't count as a witness. It would've counted as cover blown if he was wearing a disguise though.

fiber wire also has the ability, like a detonator, to make the weapon invisible
