I'm just happy you are uploading! Live Commentary is nice and feels honest and fun and once I a whole we get some polished gems to really show off the visual beauty that can sometimes be this game. Keep it up!

robin, we like ur live commentary, but we'd love to see u fail too. just so that u can analyse what went wrong. thats my 2 cents

I agree, my damage record is 177k, I am proud of it, a Kraken is also special for me. If I watch Robins video's (I love them) I am confused, it looks so simple...

u r one lucky dude.. kind of unnecessary risks taken there.. but it's understandable Z52 has a specific kinda playstyle and if u don't play her often u can't get used to it.) also just a tip.. when u launch torps don't switch to main guns right away (or at least don't target with them) like u did at the end with that zao.. priority target kinda gives away u just launched torps then.. gg anyways

Yorck was in division with Amagi & Hsienyang, while Surrey was in division with Charles Martel. You can get dragged 3 tiers up if you division up with a +1 tier

from what i saw, you use a mild hybrid build (with TAE as captain skills but 3million reload module). Do you think this is the most viable choice? i went full torpedoes on it with decent results, but i'm thinking to switch to yours. TBH, i have only 2 tier X dds (Gearing and Z) and, for randoms, IMHO Z is way better.

These DDs are known to be jacks of all trades. They can be some kind of gun boat, while also being able to hunt DDs with Hydro, and still remain very decent as torpedo boats. Guess my build emphasized on this "multitask" approach!

I think the Captain Skills you gave in the beginning is wrong, I mean how you got 3 secs of reload when you didnt get the basic fire training ?

The reload is 3.2 seconds, only with Main Battery Mod.3. I also run Adrenaline Rush, and I had the Iron Strike skill kicking in mid-vid (-7.5% reload time)

Is anyone else triggered by how inconsistent spotting ribbons are? It makes this skill of Lütjens' very hard to actually use reliably.

I think the target has to remain unspotted from any sources for more than 90 seconds to grant a ribbon to whoever spot it again. I'm guessing Republique was concealed for less than that.

How does one get multiple kills stolen and still comfortably get a kraken? I’m permanently stuck on 4 kills.

I try not to actively hunt for kills as hard as I can, otherwise my mindset is focused on something else and I make tactical mistakes a lot. The kills comes "naturally"

The Sailing Robin omg thanks, I got melted early on and did no damage bc everyone says tank and use ap but after learning the ship I am now averaging 80 k, try revere kiting by kiting at around 15 km away from the enemy bbs but slowly reversing towards instead of going further away if you have litttle experience I easily tank 1.5-2m dmg while surviving the match this way, also it’s Russian so no problem using ap on broadside cruisers at max range but use he on bbs even if they are broadside at long range, the he is like the yoshino here it hits kinda hard and the fire chance is alright. Also dfaa is useless as is aa so just use hydro.

@robin try Pan European destroyers against CV you definitely like them.👍

I do enjoy it, but not as much as IJN Gun boats

Top tier, no CV, only one tier 10 DD, no PE DDs - in such environment Z52 don't suks to much

The tradition is to refer to ships in the female form in naval tradition (most likely something to do with remembering the women at home during war and to ascribe a certain fondness to the ships they served on). German ships, however, were referred to in the masculine form. Cheers!

E Fine only very few german ships were referred to in masculine forms (only in Second World War) and almost only in propaganda material or by the ships crew and nowadays almost nobody knows about that anymore, I for example know nobody who refers to the Bismarck as „he“ everyone says „she“
