I see in Khabarovsk clip your concealment is 8,2km. If i am right, the best concealment is 7,8 or 7,7km. So what is your build on your Khaba? ( I play mine as a little cruiser, any devellopment in concealment so i have 9,8 but i don't care^^ )

eather he has the captain or has a soundmod installed you unlock the voice of said captain as soon you get him/her to use a standart but you can also add them via soundmods

@@angelocazorla3353 specific anime captains usually get released whenever WG makes a cooperation event with the company that owns wherever the Captain is from, for example HSF (Highschool Fleet), Azur Lane or ARP (Arpeggio of Blue Steel). If I recognize that particular captain voice correctly, I think she was from an event a very long time ago, so is no longer available.

I use adobe premiere pro for the more complex edits however for a lot of the initial work I use movavi video editor because it is super simple and makes my work easier and faster. For a basic video editing using movavi I can make work 2 to 4 times faster which saves me a lot of time :) My advice is to pick a good program and start with her. Also I am definitely supporting you to go find a "free" version if you know what I mean xD

I am obviously no expert but that is not how you GK against a light cruiser... never, ever, chase that closely, always aim to stay around 12k away so you have time to dodge most of the torps, but are just close enough to keep secondaries firing.

They are not Russian, but Soviet songs, so it is even worse... (Putler's dream is the resurrection of Soviet Union, he is brainwashed by KGB btw).

All i see is no pen now.......... HE is trash, AP rounds are the best even in overpen still does more damage than HE anyway ( litterally the best all purpose rounds for a cruiser ), if still no pen use HE to fire until you're angled enough to pen to make him trash use his emergency crew and full steam torp ( or just suicide crash into him who cares )
