Ummm...that's...not how it works. Drop from higher up (earlier) is best chance for cit and usually better dispersion

2 torps hit the mountain but the mountain bounce 1 torp and the torp had been in the water.

Lots of clips of sansoneti's far reach talent. Which prompts the question: Why does that talent NOT also affect secondaries? I agree about AP bomb nerfs. I got 6 straight citadels on a parked Des Moines (Haku) and the bastard still had 10k health. I remember that 2-3 bombs would do it. Still can't complain too much. They've nerfed AA to the point where it's a punchline, not a deterrent.
