Never realized what a grind it was to fallow sprint car racing all over the country all summer and still probably don’t but I think I kinda do. The last two years I’ve been Crop-dusting all over the upper midwest. I have been literally living out of three small bags that I pack in the airplane. My boss gives me orders where and when to be at a certain placed and I grab my three bags and climb into the airplane going from town to town not seeing home for 5 months , it’s a grind. These guys have my highest admiration for what they do following there dreams

seems to me lft front shock first stage is sticking a bit on the rebound. thats causeing the intermitten bounce coming off the corner left front has to much air and whell offset needs to be played with. same junk happened on my late model. sammy is incredible so is the crew. i like watching your videos. best of luck . love to see you guys do well. you deserve it.

Love how you both chat at the end of the night. the Track looked like it come the car at the end of the race. I thought the same as Kevin it just needed the left front held down a little more to unload the right rear.

I keep watching this video...always been a slamming Sammie fan...I am former Pitmarshall for PCR in Aust. Met Sammy when he raced here with the Kinsers.....I found him to be a gentleman but on the track he took no prisoners .. Regards Maryann Smith

I took a peak at his Wiki page and it says on Aug 13th 2015 ( 5years ago today) he was involved in a wreck in the first lap of a heat race. Flipped and landed hard right side up. The accident broke his lower back. He was really up and coming as a driver. I didnt realize it till i seen the list of achievements.

Sammy used to win a race now and then, usually when Doug"the wolf" Wolfgang would let him win. Now?, not so much. I remember the night Ed Lunch Jr. damn near lapped him in a Fram dash presented by Autolite.

damn... I can't believe Kevin is in a wheelchair. I just found out maybe a month ago watching a video and seeing him.but not thinking that was him at first. Thought he was still running trucks.. it actually made me pretty sad. I still have a front wing from a sprint car that he flipped up and out of Eldora going into 1 maybe 15 years or so ago when he was like 16. Ive had him.and a bunch of the guys sign it and would love to get Kevin to sign it again. Miss standing and talking to.him.in the pits.

Seen Sammy take out two other drivers at Canyon raceway some 15 yrs ago by driving like an ass during hot laps. Hated him ever since.

Hate is a big word, I've been a Sammy Swindell fan I guess since he made his first lap. I loved watching him a Steve battle through the years. Sammy is a smooth driver and I've seen him get a little aggressive too. But still if your a true legend your going to have haters no matter what.
