Rob 64 spirit, the guy who repairs star fox’s ship, can be found next to computer 2 in the underground base where you find snake. (Like so others can see)

To get Richter, you need to kill EVERY ghost in Castle Dracula. After you do so, the game will show you that he's in the boss room. It was really confusing for me the first time, but I hope it helps.

To unlock Richter, you gotta use the cannonballs in Dracula's castle to destroy all the ghosts. It's a bit tricky. You need to use the hourglasses to refill your ammo if needed (all the ghosts have to be gone at the same time in order for Richter to spawn), and you also need to use the switches to redirect your aim for some of them, but if you know what you're doing, it's not too hard.

Richter is in the clock tower by Dracula.You have to go to the first fortress,then the second lever you,pull it again and see if it is pointing up and/or down.Then go back to the clock tower,put a cannon ball in the bottom left cannon.After that Richter will appear!!!

Guys I figured out what the time owl is for. 12:10 means you go anticlockwise on the outside layer and light the 10th candle, and go anticlockwise from the inside layer and light the 12th candle (you start from the first one to the left of the path)

Hey AustinJohnPlays, for Richter you have to destroy all the purple spirits in the castle before you can fight him. After destroying all of them, his character appears in front of the Dracula boss room. Utilise the cannons/aiming boards for this purpose.

To unlock Richter, you only need to kill every Phantom in the Castlevania Dungeon with the silver canon balls, when you do that, Richter will appear in Dracula stage.

Ralphy105 from the spirit board (its not even in WoL) then you feed it, then you evolve it, then you feed it again, then you use it (and realise its a grab type so you need to find other (defensive or attack) spirit so you are prepaired for everything

Sorry I'm a little late guys but I know how to get peach and Richter Richter: You obtain the ability to unlock him when your in Dracula's Castle (the same place you unlock Robin, Ken, Ridley, and Wario). You need to defeat every spirit in the area. Once you do that he will appear. Though I am not sure if you can do it even if you already defeated the boss or not, I ran into Richter before I beat the boss. Unlock the character as ya do and bam. Peach: This one is definitely easier. I forgot the name of the place but you find her in the first world. Go to the place were you unlocked bowser. If you go a different route instead of going straight to the boss you will find a switch that you can jump on. (I believe its passed the Ho-oh spirit, I recommend you get it, it grants you an additional jump.) Follow the new path you created and you should be able to unlock peach Edit: It is not passed the Ho-oh spirit but I still recommend it. What you do is press a yellow switch and towards the beginning a path to a red switch past the Juste Belmont spirit. then go to the other red path that appears near the yellow switch. follow that path until you see a second green pipe. take that pipe and press the purple switch. then go to the beginning and fight the Leif (Fire emblem) spirit. follow that path and you find peach. This video actually helped me out a lot. not only are some of these locations SO RANDOM that i never would have found them, i didnt even know there were any other fighters. i thought i had collected all of them. guess not lmao. i missed like 15 including wario and luigi, who are my favorites. so thanks for making this video dude.
