I love this journal. I'm a bit of a paper junky and I love flowers. When I first saw the cardboard sections in your book I was excited for a place to store pressed flowers. Wondering if you have any ideas to help me brainstorm. Love your work💕🎀

Ellen, thanks for watching! Storing dried flowers in the drawers of the "station" sounds like a great idea! I have quite a bunch of dried flowers myself. My collection would probably not fit in the drawers, but I've started to organize it better lately. I also decided to laminate some flowers for easier storage. I plan to fussy cut them, the way we fussy cut regular images, and use them in my journals. Some others flowers that I didn't laminate are stored between the paper sheets and are kept in a plastic box with a lid. I hope you get some ideas as per how to store your flowers, too :) Happy crafting!

Hi Alexandra! I just found you tonight through Tinne's you tube channel. I just found her this week as well. You both do amazing journaling pieces! I'm just beginning to learn about creating your own journals. I looked through all the different projects and just said Wow out loud! Amazing and beautiful work! I'm in awe of your talent! I was wondering about the printed floral papers you used for this project. I looked at your Etsy shop and didn’t see them there. I was wondering if there is a source where we can print the same ones? Thanks so much for sharing your skills and talents with us. You do exemplary work and I'm so glad that I happened upon Tinne's channel and now your! 😊💕

Hello @lainareeves3755! I must have missed your comment and need to apologize first for a late response to your question. Thank you very much for stopping by. I am happy to hear that you like this projects 😊 The digital papers that I used for creating this journal are from TInne's Etsy shop - Vectoria Designs. Here is the link - www.etsy.com/listing/1506816924/world-of-flowers-junk-journal-kit-deluxe (I hope You Tube will let me post it in a comment). Happy crafting and have a nice weekend.

Hi there. I am wondering if you have a pdf or a video on what tools and supplies you use in your products and where you get them? Like what paper you prefer for your signatures and what card stock you prefer where to get it? What supplies you use such as the glue you use in the little bottles, what hole punches you use, what acetate you use, maybe your brads and etc. and where one might find them to purchase. Also, it appears you stitch through the chipboard. Do you use a special needle for that? You did tell us to go slow and to increase the stitch length I saw. Many videos like this list in the Video information links to the supplies they use. Thank you. Crazy about the work you do and have been following you for awhile now. Cathy :)

Cathy, thanks for being a subscriber and thank you for a comment. I am writing this to acknowledge, that I saw your questions. I do not have an Amazon Favorites list or anything like that, so let me gather some information and get back to you with replies. :)

Cathy, hello again! I have updated the video description with the links to some of the items you asked about in your comment. If there is anything else that specifically interests you and it is not on the list, let me know. Regarding the "sewing" question, I do use a needle for denim. Please test your machine on a "sandwich" of a similar thickness of the one that you plan to stitch, prior to stitching on the actual item. Go slow and (as you already mentioned) increase the stitch length when you sew through thick materials. Thank you so much for watching the video and for your comment :) Happy crafting!

Another wonderful journal!!! What glue are you using for the fabric?

  • @ClayGuana

Thank you Caroll! I use glue stick (Amos Glue Stick, to be precise) for adhering fabric to paper. I usually heat set it with an iron right after gluing.
