Putin has already announced that he will use Nuclear weapons if NATO interferes. No one will win. NATO is scared. They have all the valid reasons to be. China invading Taiwan is next with a quick skirmish of the Spratly islands. Expect the same statement from Xi Jinping.

Theoretically yes, realistically not. Russia can’t have all of its eggs in one basket just to attack Ukraine. Its military also has the mission to protect their own land, which happens to be the largest country in the world and that would make it pretty hard to defend from the rest of the world who is totally against its actions.

Wouldn't call the responses of Biden or Boris peace talk. Sounds more like a prelude to dedication of additional troops and resources to combat the invasion. Which most other Nato countries might eventually do, but are currently just being slow with their sanctions hoping to scare Russia and hurt it financially enough to make it stop.

It is sad that this invasion is actually happening right now, year 2022. happenings like this one were only taught to us in our history classes. At the time, I thought, how difficult must have been the situation during the invasion. I feel for the Ukrainians. For everyone, Ukraine wants to join NATO, but Russia does not want that so they are invading what was once a member of USSR. Russia does not want any of its ex-USSR members to join NATO.

What’s the difference from all the countries that wanted to conduct their affairs without interference but they were destroyed by the USA. Did you not believe then? Or is it unbelievable only when a European country is invaded? When the USA completely destroyed Iraq only to find later that they had no weapons of mass destruction and the USA’s response was “the intelligence failed us” all that was believable?

Unlike Ukraine, it used to be a safe place until this invasion happened. that's the difference and that is why that how I feel for Ukraine and not feel that for somewhere in middle east.

A Weapon isn't something you can use right off the bat, A Weapon is a tool that needs extreme caution just like Industrial tools. not to mention the gravity of Black Sea hinders all routes for possible weapon transfer routes . Also They still need to go through the Logistics of the Ukranian Military to be sorted out, just like the items you bought off Amazon or Ebay.

In my opinion only: Zelensky is no hero but holding on power believing by US promises. (But left alone) He need only to surrender and give up his presidency to save his people. He is no hero.

So a full scale surrender to Russia and allow their people to be swallowed up again by Russia(Cough USSR)? What justification? They used to be part of them earlier so they should be now? Pathetic, Russia is asking for WW3 and if they keep pushing and taking former USSR land they will likely trigger a WW3. I get not showing weakness to the west, but this is just plain cowardice. He's just trying to quickly invade a small neighboring country before it's allies can include them in NATO which would have stopped any invasion plans dead in its tracks.

Indeed and he is no democrat either. He created huge scandal and splited the Church of Ukraine, he cuts' off the minorities rights to learn in their own language and so on... Ukraine is made from several lands of others countries, Russia, Romania, Hungaria, probably Poland too, he should have respected these nations. Without them Ukraine doesn't exist.
