World Cleanup Day is a global event that aims to clean up litter and waste from the planet's beaches, rivers, forests, and streets. In 2023, World Cleanup Day has been held on September 16th.
I had the pleasure of joining Scuba World Divers in Makadi Bay for World Cleanup Day 2023! The group was amazing, with about 60 divers.
We cleaned at Ras Disha dive site in Sahl Hasheesh and Gota Abu Makadi, as well as from the beach in Makadi Bay.
It was such a fulfilling experience and I'm so happy I got to be a part of it!
