I wonder if people can appreciate how insane this standard of variety is. I've been in a 2 Michelin star restaurant and the kitchen was bigger than the sitting area. And the menu was like 1/10 of what we see here. It takes enormous amount of manpower, money and facility space to supply so many different food items in such a high quality.

My dreams and I am sure others are made when we watch your videos. Being physically disabled (amputee) and on a fixed income, there is a snowball's chance in [REDACTED] that I will ever experience anything like this during my lifetime. Yes, when you came back to the resort for dinner that evening, the Asian station was just really nice!!!!!!!Anytime I see sushi and sashimi I get calm to enjoy what I am look at....My heart just goes crazy...Having been to Hong Kong many times, I love many of the Asian selections of great food....So nice...….

The Down to Earth restaurant with those light on the beach looks so heavenly!!!!

Enjoyed the video but with all that food it made my time on the treadmill a little difficult. LOL!

You started a great selection phase of the music starting at about 6:10 with the evening food. Those outdoor station chefs men and women looked wonderful in serving the guest...And n the dessert room the chocolate fountain looks nice along with the rest of the dessert...The music selection end there at about 12:13. Or at least the name of the cuisine per section in a buffet. But names of individual plates would be nice but a lot of work. Or show the menu

It's hard to enjoy myself watching this when I know the employees are living in squalor. $6300.00 is average for a year. I'd tip bigtime if I ever get to Maldives! Which is a dream right now. Peace to all my fellow humans!!! xo

This is a wonderful video! I've seen video's from the Maldives, this series of video's are awe inspiring! I do have a question though, in light of all the food out in the open like that, doesn't it attract every bug? Also, does it ever rain there? If not, and no bugs, I'm moving tomorrow! Keep up the great videos!

Luxury isn't about the price. Luxury is about avaiability. Like having every nationalities kitchen on-island.

Almost every furniture and plate is made locally - like on the island. That's kinda genious, because it's the cheapest to get while it's an argument to raise guests prices...

I believe you can select a ‘menu pass’ during reservation where you can choose for breakfast, lunch, dinner or all in one pass, which makes dining free.

I'm still skeptical of their claims about not wasting food or whatever. That's what they claim but the details may prove otherwise. All that cooking takes energy. Throwing food into the ocean is simple recycling/composting but still there is tons of energy wasted in the cooking. Giving the stale food to employees or charities may work somewhat but the food doesn't last long in a tropical environment. Usually, claims of zero emissions or full recycling or "sustainability" -- are bullshit. But I don't care about the environment. The Earth is far better at recycling everything than we are. It's just a matter of whether they tell the truth or use tricks of language to sell themselves.

I'm not sure so many younger guests would appreciate all the 'fine dining'. Are there any dinner menus/food more suited to a child's palette? (Apart from desserts, I'm sure they'd have no problem there)
