i can understand how u might think that but its not because the extreme exhales have the function of allowing you to stay in a fully exhaled empty lung position for 1min30sec because you have so much oxygen in the body without that part the extreme inhales would just make you feel jittery and weird

@@bubblebubble279 wim hof’s method is about your inhales taking in more than your exhales on repeat (a form of hyperventilating) for some number of breaths (often 30 to 50) and then after that series doing a single very long exhale until all possible is expelled and then a breath hold for as long as possible, and then start the bigger inhales than exhales again and repeat that entire thing over again two or three times. That’s obviously extremely different than this and in a way a kind of opposite. The method in the video here is just three big exhales after 4 to 5 seconds inhaling. That’s it. No cycles like wim hof. Not 30 to 50 breaths. And it’s opposite in that instead of wim hof method with inhales needing to be bigger than exhales, this has exhales being bigger than inhales.

Lol, just slow down the exhale as much as possible and hold your breath after you have exhale fully (shortly, you shouldn't get then panic response) then inhale for about 4 sec. Then repeate
