Hi the only brand that I know of that makes sizes that big is Ferragamo. They have amazing classic styles that never go out of fashion but since it’s a luxury brand it’s pretty expensive. I worked with the brand for 7 years and managed to collect many pairs over that time. I absolutely love the brand and the quality it has to offer so would highly recommend that to you. Absolutely you can wear it anywhere. Even for a dinner date if required. You should feel confident in your clothes and if this is what you like, you go for it. Style is personal. I am only sharing references so you can adapt it according to your lifestyle.
