Yeah the meaning of that kind of robot technique is due to the lactic acid. We sprinters used to have low assimilation for the series of more than 150 meters. And with a short rest that is the hell for us..it boost our lactic acid and then we start to run like ducks lol.

The guy spoke about speed endurance and I think that’s great. In the 100m it’s all about great acceleration to top speed and maintaining that top speed for as long as possible (Usain Bolt)

Why do you think it is that they look like very average sprinters? Have a look at how robotic in the shoulders Bracy looks! Maybe he did a heavy weights workout the day before or something which made him super tight.

The 200m time looks very suspect. Like the speed appeared slower than it might be for a 21.6. Maybe seeing it in person is different. Nice tips though, thanks. Edit: hand times it looks like.

If he jogged a 21.8 200 meter then he should be a marathon runner because that's roughly a 75 minute marathon time. The world record in the marathon is just under 2 hours so he completely destroys that if he's jogging a 21.8 200 meter. What could he sprint 200 meters, Like 18.8 seconds? As far as I know Usain Bolt still holds the world record at 19.19 seconds for 200 meters so I don't know what the deal with that is. Why doesn't he go break the world record if he can just jog a 21.8 200 meter time. That's incredible.
