sounds unhealthy. you know healthy mass (fat) to lose in a week is about 500g so that would be 2kg in a month and 4kg in 2 months... you must have health issues

@@mikkihintikka7273 Lol no, it depends where you are starting/current fitness. If you are extremely out of shape and start working out every day you will see significant weight loss/muscle gain up until it levels out. Last April after being fat for a year I started running again and I went from 95 kg to 85 kg in 2 months. At the end of the day everyone's body is different and it depends on a lot of factors so don't be such an ass.
