Working Through Loss
At the time of this recording, it was several days removed from Eternia Dreams family member "Big Country's" sudden and shocking death as a result of a car accident. While everyone is in mourning, there is no time for a break. The team must rally to meet commitments and get ready for Toy Palooza.
This episode is dedicated to the memory of Brian "Big Country" Fogle.

This one’s for you country! We truly miss you
Allan, your passion is real. What you've created is special. And your whole team is amazing. Every time I've hung out with you all, it was always like we were already old friends. Always laughing, always geeking out about this stuff we love. Take care of yourself, brother. Thinking of you all. RIP Country
Sorry for the loss, I never got to meet Brian but from the videos of him he seemed like a good dude.
I know Big Country meant a great deal to you Allan, and you have my deepest condolences. R.I.P. Country
Allan please take time even if it’s a road-trip to grieve….if you don’t you’ll carry it around brother. Can tell you guys are hurting….RIP big country…
I have never done a show, we stick to the shop only. As you stated, the time away from family packing up and going to shows doesn't seem worth it in the end. Maybe one day when our kids are older 🙃
Dude, your my idol, keep up the great work, R.I.P Big Country.
it’s always tough losing a good one.. i just turned 30, and anyone familiar with my generation knows just how badly fentanyl and opioids in general has effected us. starting in my late teen years, and throughout my 20s i have lost countless friends…it’s getting to the point where being old is gonna suck! because there isn’t gonna be anyone left to be old with!! it’s crazy man. i think ive had over 30 friends pass away.. and my best friend died last year on May 12th… which happens to be my birthday. i just turned 30 a couple weeks ago.. and i just couldn’t enjoy it. i know he would have wantted me to go out and have a good time and do something for myself to celebrate a milestone like 30, but i couldn’t do anything except lay in bed and watch the ceiling fan or the back of my eyelids. i just wanted to be with Charlie. I’m sorry for your loss man. it does get better with time, but it never fully heals. Be thankful that you have a good community behind you, brother. Much Love
Keep hustling man love the drive. I went to a show in CT few weeks ago your booth was the best appreciate the detailed descriptions on every figure
R.I.P. Big Country 🙏🕊Didn't know him at all but I remember watching a video awhile back of ya'll & his crazy insane Stars Wars collection. Sorry about you losing your friend, I just suddenly lost my Grandmother so i feel ya Bro. 🙏's up for ya.
Sorry for your loss. Life is really crazy. Thank you for everything you do. Love your channel and can't wait to visit your stores. Take care.
My condolences Allan to you and to Country's family and friends. Please take some time to grieve. It's okay to ask for help when you need it. Like Mr. Rogers said: look for the helpers.
Allan, I’m sorry for your loss. I understand your motivation to stay busy. Love this channel. Feel like I know you in a way.
Allen, I haven't had the chance to meet you but I have been to your stores and love them. I just lost my stepmom to a terrible car accident a few days ago. I know what you are going through. Life continues. We can't change what happened and we can't do the "what if". Remember the good and keep moving forward.
I was at Toypalooza, and I'm originally from Carlisle too. But sorry to hear of your loss.
God bless. Thanks for sharing some realness with us 🤙🏽
My best friend died unexpectedly 30 years ago May 9th. It’s literally the one day a year that I cry. Time helps but, that space is never filled. I’m really sorry for what y’all are going through.
We all miss Country. What a great guy. Every time I walk near the Star Wars aisle I think of him ❤

funny and kind hearted, a true presence whenever he's in the shop ~just a casual customer here who he kindly greeted and briefly chatted with a few times 🙏

Your buddy may have wanted you to push thru it and be better for it, but it's simply not fair to you or your staff. Everybody needs to grieve. I hope you take the time to grieve. Best wishes to all you guys.
Taking it one day at a time and loved the photo have it in the bedroom with the figure from spring
Sorry for the loss. On another note it would be cool to hear the financial side of how you got started up to where you’re positioned now in the business. Like what you invested on initial opening etc ✌🏻

Yes, a must have
The thing with simply buying a trailer, far too many people can't make big purchases. Whether it's poor credit or no ability to save. There're many businesses that take advantage of people in that position and their customers pay far beyond cost. I think of furniture rental places.
Everyone grieves differently. Only one that can tell you how you wish to handle the frustration and sorrow of losing someone is you. On the question of toy shows, how much of a percentage would you say that brings in sales versus your store? And how much value are your bringing vs what you make at a show? I know that number can be different whether a good or bad show, but I feel like going to a show with like 10k-15k worth of stuff and making 2-3k is a total waste of time.
Is business good?

You should only do shows that you want to do or make more than your shop.
I have a skid mark (not in my pants)
I was going to get mike Tysons singing $199. +$100 ± food + gas + driving for 3 hours just to get it.i went to ebay he just puts a M T on it. F that
Can I have a job 🫵🫶🏻🇮🇪😎
Sorry but your calculation is off 😅 It's even less than that. You need to take off half from the gross profit for the inventory before subtracting all the costs and expenses. Your left with a couple of dollars if you're lucky. The hard truth about running your own business.

Agreed it’s often a loss
Can we get more toys shown in video
Can we watch something about toys. Buying and selling, what rare stuff you come across? Not another video where it’s about your life and personal business? Catching ppl stealing and once again you guys are the victims of some situation. I was a fan but not anymore.

He can make and put whatever video he wants to. You don't have to watch it bud. I enjoy all the videos he has put up and I look forward to watching whatever it is every week. You let him run his channel and if you want to make videos you post what you want to bud. Love em all Allan.

I do. I watch toy Federation. I was a fan of this guy. I can have my opinions and those are it. He comes off as a douche bag who’s only worried about making money.
This one’s for you country! We truly miss you
Sorry for your loss brother 🙏
