Working Out w/ Buttery Bros + Mat Fraser | Noah Ohlsen
Just before the final week of the Open, we had the pleasure of hosting the Buttery Bros (Heber Cannon and Marston Sawyer) alongside Mat Fraser and Beau Hauser!
Before May arrived we did a workout as part of our quarterfinals prep that was for time: 150 wallballs and 25 burpee ring muscle ups. We finished the day strong with one of the most insane pump sessions I’ve ever done!
It was cool to get to spend time hanging out and chat with Mat outside of a competitive setting. I’ve got all the respect for him and look forward to potential opportunities to learn from him in the future.

Happy to see Mat and NO hangout considering only three weeks or so ago NO was saying on a podcast he never really had a chance to hangout with Mat bc of competition all the time but would like to.

I don't do crossfit. But I do love watching these videos while running on the treadmill. Gets me motivated to work out. Thanks!

Noah is one of the most humble athletes in the scene. I admire him so much. Next time I go to Miami I’ll have a tent built in front of his gym and just wait for him until I get to meet him. My favorite athlete
