Idler screw issliye diya gaya hai taki engine ko jab accelerate na kiya ho tab engine chalta rahe... Jab hum idler screw ko lose karten hai tab air fuel mixture engine tak pahuch jata hai bhale hum engine ko acceleration naa de rahen hai, isse engine band nahi hoga... Agar idler screw ko hum fully yaa partially close kardenge tab engine jaise acceleration dena band kardeten hai vaise hi engine chalna band ho jata hai...

Sir it was good but i have a doubt If the choke valve is closed then no air flows in the Venturi hence there wouldn't be any decline in the pressure at the narrow end so how will the fuel rise up and give rich fuel air that will reach to the engine? Sir I think that due to no air in Venturi vacuum might be created in the Venturi then only the fuel can rise.

Yes, you are right since the venturi is closed when the piston moves down that time it will suck the air inside since the venturi is almost close, therefore fuel gets sucked into the engine cylinder. Which create a rich air-fuel mixture. One more thing to remember is that the venturi is not completely closed, there is some gap for air to come inside otherwise how fuel alone will burn without oxygen...

Off topic but can new carburetor still be bought for the 1980's car nowadays?
