    Hi Suchi even I started my weight lost journey last year in March and have lost 22 kg in 1 year , my weight was reached from 55 kg to 74 kg in few years , by the time I realized it was quite late but didn't lose the hope and I started working on it ....if you dont mind and if you take it as a positive comment , can I just correct where you are going wrong ... BRRAKFAST ... instead of 2 uttapam you can have 1 , and instead of suji (full of carbs ), try to have dal chilla ( carbs and protein) LUNCH , you shouldn't have plain rajma never , protein can be digested only when you combine with carbs ( quatity of rajma ,120 gm , rice or quinoa 100 gm and salad 100 gm ) For dinner I used to consume millet roti with any sabzi ( 60 gm roti and 150 gm sabji) And you dont need to give up your tea , small cup is fine 😊 I can't live without my tea so I have it 2 times in a day without any guilt :) Lots of love 🤗

    Have been waiting for this vlog frm u since January!! I for sure believe dat there is a strong connection with u. We think mostly alike as if we r soul sisters or something.Have been looking for doing proper surya namaskars and a holistic lifestyle wid healthy eating habits and infact had started going for morning walks and timely eating habits but then broke my arm and my routine went for a toss.😢. Ur today's vlog gave me a motivation dat after my plaster is removed ,I shall start again with a positive note😊Thanks a ton sweetheart❤. May we all succussed in this healthy endeavor.

Yes ..health is very important where I ignored 10yrs ago today I am facing Gerd issues 😒 lot of foods cut down ...now I am following portion control ,yoga sometimes,meditation and breathing exercises. I should have taken care of my happiness and my health which I regret now due to commitments in the family 😒 Now whatever I am able to do ..I am grateful for that ...life moves on. Lovely vlog...I enjoyed every bit of ur words.🙌

    Thanks Suchi...i do portion control ..aisa fixed exercise nahi karti..sirf walk karti hoo..meri knee ki surgery huyee thee so can't do heavy impact workouts ,including suryanamaskar. But I started yoga and breathing lately. Love your positivity...

But, today after watching you, I feel I can also so it. Will you pls share some recipes and detox water that you follow. And Pls share a full detailed video about your workouts and whole day diet plan.     Suchi, You can try to to cut down sugar to zero and eat one fruit max a day when you feel like eating a sweet with a cheat day every week or two at the most. No packaged foods at all.

    Keyush looks adorable in new haircut!! Yesha looks gorgeous in Purple sweater!! Great job Anuj Ji and Suchi Ji for leaving unhealthy black milk tea with sugar. I try to drink Oolong Tea almost daily; great fat burner and healthy. You can do it Suchi Ji and like you said we have better weather here in BC now so walking outside hopefully will be easier.     Wow, Suchi, you are showing so much determination... I remember my enthu for workout, few months back. I used to work out daily .     59 mera to 60 ho gaya tha fir yoga start kiya ab lgta he thoda control me he. Ye bellyfat bahot stubborn hota he. Bt dedication chahiye. Hum ignore bahot karte he na isliye. Aur baat bilkul sahi he. Bloating heavyness lazyness ye sab weight gain ke side effects hote he. Aur hume chatar matar b khana bada a6a lgta he na isliye. India me to options b jyada hote he😅

    Hi Suchi Di ..I have gained 8kg in the past I will say3-4 months..due to lots of working hours and then cooking and sleeping not much activity..chai is something I love drinking with sugar only..bt I will also try to cut down sugar..I think one of the reason is weather also..bt yes that can't be used as a excuse..lots of love .. jaisairam ❤️
