For the respiratory rate always make sure you take note of their effort! Their rate could be normal but if they're forcing air out and having a difficult time breathing, the numbers don't matter! Very informational video!

Temp information is off, a dogs temp ranges from 100-102.5, cats 100.4 to 102.5 although it’s subjective like a lot of other things in the vet field. For instance I was taught in school that dogs were 99.5 to 102.5 and cats were 100-103 . But def not 103.8 in a dog so I’m not sure what that chart was about

This is so helpful! I was a vet assistant in the past for a busy small animal hospital and I'm getting back into the profession. Working interview soon! I'm super excited and looking for all ways to prep. Any tips on nightshift/emergencies? Thanks! 😊

Just coming on here to say I love your videos and miss your content 🥲 They helped me tremendously when studying for my VTNE and i still come back to freshen up on some subjects. Do you have other platforms where you post more veterinary content?
