Nah, same rules as here in TX. It’s classified as a “game fish” and they don’t let you use game fish as bait. Varies by state though

You sure can if it's legal in whatever state you're in. I got a 33lb flathead last Saturday on a live white bass.

looked for skipjack 2 times have not found them yet going into flood up here St Louis maybe it will spread out before it gets to you M hood

Yea he does fishing videos but he's also an Explorer, he's just been on adventures, plus I'm sure it's been 100 down there which isn't ideal for fishing.
