저는 어렸을 때부터 있던 트라우마가 최근에 도져서 ,, 이직한지 얼마 안되서 완전 안좋게 퇴사를 하고 알바를 구하려고 하는 중이에요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 저의 이 마음을 위해 병원도 다니고 있어요 ,,! 누구나 힘듦이 찾아오는데 이걸 어떤 마인드로 극복해 나가냐가 진짜 큰 거 같더라구요 ㅠ 저는 남자친구가 옆에서 잘 케어도 해주고 아침이랑 자기전엔 명상이랑 요가를 하면서 온전히 거기 집중하려고 하고 있어요 ! 에이스님도 얼른 괜찮아지시길 바라며 ,, 💚 멀리서나마 항상 응원하고 있을게요 🤍

Ace, about feeling blue, by seeing your vlogs some things we can notice: you need to sleep more, minimum 7h of sleep daily… this should be causing the depression feeling, but also, you eat very little, so maybe even if you take vitamins your body could still be lacking some! Like iron, vitamin b12, for example… it could really make you feel blue. I am seeing you for some years now, you are my favorite KZreadr since you show real daily life. 갑자기 영어 클래스 등록 하시는거 부터 성취감이 중요한 팩터라는 말씀까지 저랑 비슷하셔용. 저도 비슷한 이유로 비슷한 시기에 영어 등록했거든요. 저는 내향적이라서 1:1은 못하고 사람구경도 할꼄 학원으로 등록했어요 음 컨디션 난조이신게. 왕복 출퇴근 5시간 영향도 엄청 클꺼라고 생각해요. 시간이 제한 될 수록 나한테 쓸 에너지와 절대적 시간 자체가 삭제되니까요 ㅠㅠ 신발 너무 잘 어울리십니다!! 낼 월요일도 화이팅이요!

Hi Ace. So sorry to hear you are feeling so down. Know that your feelings are valid and you are entitled to them. Cry it out whenever you need to. Recently you have been so busy. It seems like you have no work life balance. That can really be draining. Could it be you are burnt out? The symptoms are similar to depression. Do take care and love yourself. Self compassion is very important. ❤

As you continue to do your subtitles, you are honing also your skills in English….and so far I also understand what you’re saying 😊

Hi Ace! I think you should look for a place to move in near your office so that it wouldn't be too much for you, the stress and tiredness from having to commute 2-3 hrs (or even more!) per day is just so draining; moving to a place near your office would save you so much time and energy. Also, I hope you're doing fine now, depression is not something to be taken lightly, it's hard but I think doing some other things instead of addressing it is not the right way to deal with it, I suggest you seek a professional for you to have someone to help you as you go through it🤍sending you warm hugs from PH to KR, fighting! 💪🏻

전 주중에는 보통 많으면 6시간 정도 자고 적게 잘때는 4시간 정도요! 저도 귀가하면 밥먹고 집안일하고 씻고,,, 누워있다가 겨우 일어나서 할 일 합니다ㅎㅎ;;; 그냥 해야될 일이 있고, 해야하니까 하는 것 같아요 강제성이 확실히 학생 때보다는 줄어서 그런지 더 뭔가 하긴 힘들긴 한 것 같아요😭

The word 'gae' is used a lot here and there. It's not an exaggeration to say that it goes into almost every word today. I don't know if the explanation is correct.

Ace you don't need to hire someone for Eng. sub, the subtitles are there just to understand the vlog better and one can understand it with subs written by you very easily ,moreover take it as a way to practice your English by writing subs.....and we all know English is not your first language...so don't feel pressurised and ignore those comments...
