I would suggest that if you have giving training, you should wear your full PPE, and provide appropriate measures on where the anchor properly hook.

Twin tail lanyards helps to fixed achor at two distinct points.

Typical H&S officer video with a lot of the theoretical principles but near to none real practical solutions. By the way, the D in the ABCD stands for Descent & Rescue and NOT for deccelaration. Shock absorbing lanyards are just one of many types of Connecting devices (the C).

YUP i' am very agreed with your comment the trainer must wear full PPE during conduct the WAH training. He should set a good example for others to follow . BTW very informative. i like it.
