We went to work at a traditional teahouse in Singapore for a day and it was so insightful!
We were inspired by how such businesses stayed resilient, adaptable and open to new ways of doing things - especially during the pandemic. They started virtual tea workshop and focused a lot more on e-commerce. By doing so, they managed to reach out to more consumers and let them have the opportunity to appreciate the culture better.
