Why do so many people enjoy eating rice noodles? I can't give you a definitive answer, but I can say that a bowl of spicy and sour broth, paired with soft and smooth rice noodles, along with some flavorful toppings, can make me want to eat it every day! Rice noodles have become popular in Hong Kong, but it's not easy to find authentic Hong Kong-style rice noodles in foreign countries. Rice noodle enthusiasts have to go the extra mile!
In this episode, we're taking you to the United Kingdom to see how challenging it is to find a bowl of rice noodles outside of Hong Kong.

米線質感奇怪、蒜泥白肉有肉腥味、麻辣雞翼係水煮雞翼上面加啲麻辣粉,一啲都唔香口;湯底唔酸,兩個人買單夠膽收£48,實在唔明點解仲要再幫襯。要做好食嘅米線就唔好用香港雲貴川個食譜,只可以講呢間嘢嘅香港分店連米線關注組都冇乜人提。
