After deleting the records which were about to get triggered to add Time dependent Workflow action , I cant get those records (which were deleted) in the page of workflow time based

Hi @salesforce hulk, is it possible to use an automation rule in association to lead stage and lead statuses? So for example if a CSM selects the lead stage as ‘initial reach out’ can the lead status automatically change to ‘sales accepted’?

Yes it can be Done Simply by using Before Trigger Flow where you can simply check the condition.

Hi Guna Sree, It is because the user does not have access to the object.Please provide the user atleast Read Permission in order to assign record.

Thanks - Workflow Rules - Automation Tools. Declarative Tools- Workflows , Process Builder , Approval Process,Lightening Flows . WorkFLow Rules -Evaluation Criteria - 1>When Record is Created - 2> Created or when it is Edited - 3>Created and any time its edited to subsequently meet the criteria.-if Earlier was meeting the criteria , it will not be evaluated this time . Action- Immediate action- TIme Triggered action - Programmatic - Trigger
What about flows I can't find that here

S K if u are not understanding then I would suggest watch his other videos u need to be strings on certain concepts before going to workflow as it is the first automation that comes in Salesforce
