Hello!! 1. Yes, been working at the same company for 9 years. I stayed because I am scared to try something new, to be honest. During the early days of my career, I had some debts at the company since I was paying for my sister’s tuition and I couldn’t fully pay it at that time. While staying, I learned the power of grit, the discipline to not back down or give up when things are hard. As an ENTJ, I have the appetite for toxicity haha. Eventually, I got promoted, and promoted. My salary got better as well as my job function. So I think there was no reason yet to go yet. The hmo and the benefits I currently have are pretty stable to support my family. 2. Ofcourse, every month until now hahaha but when I was younger, almost everyday ko naiisip magresign haha. I tried applying too but I met my boss now in 2017, he is calm and funny and good, I dont think I can find someone like him. So no matter how toxic my work is, I chose to stay for the last 9 yrs… however, next year will be my 10th yr, the company will offer me early retirement, I have to really think about availing it or not. I could possibly get half a million atleast and start anew, but I am not sure yet. Hope this helps guys!

Hello Weya! That's a lot of money you make there! 😍 Ako I am only receiving a salary of 18k - 20k NET since I'm paid daily and since I live in Cebu, the provincial rate isn't as high as what it is in NCR. But I don't really mind receiving this kind of salary since the working environment is 11/10 it is super good talaga. I can work at my own pace, own my time, flexible on my breaks and my team is also very accommodating. 💖I also get to watch your videos on my breaks at work and am planning on purchasing your membership. I'm still thinking about which membership is good for me.😊😊

Helllo nice video I had a doubt can I know your video settings for camera I use iPhone 15plus and whenever I upload my video quality becomes dull not sure what should be the video quality and edit in VLLO export it in R-4K UHD 60fps h265 struggling for the quality when uploaded not sure what changes I should use

Hello, you have to shoot at 4k 60fps in your iphone too. Okay on the VLLO settings. Are you uploading on youtube? Pls check your KZread upload settings, set to full quality. Usually the default is 1080p thus this is why the quality if poor. Hope this helps!

I work at a bank as well, but is only my second year... your videos inspire me to try to balance my work and life since I'm always working haha I'm still doing HO and its hard to stop working since u are already at home hahaha. I think u gain waaaay more money than me but i think is also because I'm just starting , and to tell the truth i feel scared about being promoted cuz the risk and the responsibility is bigger . Hi Weya! Is this Millet? 1:36 just curious and I want to try. I'm trying to reduce my rice intake but you know for us Filipinos, rice is life!! 🤣 I want to try this to see if I can get accustomed to it. I got myself accustomed to Oats recently though I hated it in the past because of its texture. But I have to, coz we're not getting any younger (turning 38 this year). On the other hand, congrats on your recent promotion! You really have a good life! I can say that you have a very successful career albeit stressful, there's always a price we have to pay to stay at the top but as long as you are happy, it should be fine. We can't achieve finer things without sacrificing anything anyway. I have almost similar lifestyle as yours save for going out a lot. lol.
