Hi, can you work on a CDD contract on the APS visa if it is within the number of working hours? and in case you accept a CDD and change visa status, is it renewable after the time period expires?

Yes you can work under CDD. And yes you can renew CDD

It should be a recognised masters - does not have to be a grande ecole. The best way is to ask your school.

I have a question, suppose i have a masters already can i go for an M2 directly, will i still get 2 years APS. or should i go for M1 and M2 . I work in the IT sector.

No you can’t sign a full time contract without a graduation certificate/date of graduation. Some jobs might even have a condition to be masters for job
