Had no idea you could refinance after paying cash. It makes sense, it's just not anything I've ever thought of. It's that mindset of "Hey, it's paid off....nothing more to do here except watch the cash flow". That's great.

We've learned so much on this journey. While you're in growth mode you definitely don't want to use all your cash on one property when you can get two using the same amount. We considered buying cash because it gave us a leg up on the competition. We had to do that once before.

I didn't think of refinancing after paying full price until Frank reminded me that it frees up more money for more purchases. A whole different way to think of things! Love it!
