I call this the meanest slicer ever seen by me
This blade shape is rarely found on fixed knives with a certain blade length. This is made for backcountry campers, but I wish the back of the knife was a little thinner.

Yeah its based on taiwanese native blades that sometimes are almost like short sword, and they were even used in head hunting i think, but mainly they are used as woods tool for machete type work. Distal taper is generally good for blades of this size, but many midern manufacturers dont use distal taper, but it woukd make the blade thinnee towards the tip in portion that does most of the slicing
Work Tuff needs to stick to one design at a time until they satisfy more of the demand. Or bring older designs back more frequently.

I hear ya on that...however I do think their philosophy of small batch drops keeps fresh ideas and development which is ultimately what has brought them success. As the company grows it should have the net benefit of adding volume to their catalog and more availability. There are lots of places to get WTG knives now, and the secondary market is pretty strong within the Facebook Adventure Team group...i bet you can get most of what you would want for reasonable money if you ask around.

I agree that I wish they could keep up a little better with the demand because I love them so damn much. I want to buy more models like the Nomad EDC, the Blackout, and the Camp 12, but I cannot find them in stock anywhere. I keep looking every day, hoping to get lucky but haven't succeeded yet.

OLDER DESIGNS!! Some of the older knives are suuper badass, I don’t mind the way they do knife drops every friday or so, but remaking some of these older designs would be oh-so-cool knives.
