Bahut glt reason h RRB chorne ka ... Jao jao IBPS khud smjh jaogi .. yha hm ibps skip krke RRB join kiye ...LOL
Ibps po: posting can be anywhere and you might not get home state..( keep home posting aside..) if you get home posting you may stay few years and you have to shift. You are lucky if you get home posting. Rrb po: home state life time .. less pressure... Less customer base..
To be honest, ye sb cheejein aapko pehle sochni chahiye aur worst ke liye prepare rehna chahiye coz its RRB for a reason. Iss tarh vacancies waste hoti hai, ho skta hai aapki jagh kisi ese ko job milti jisse boht jada Jrurat hoti.

You know what my father is a whole seller and he is not working in his homestate and rarely he comes to any occasion in our family but still he is working for his family life is full of obstacles and we can't lose worst one until we get better than it
Better focus on ur career than making KZread videos..... U mentioned IDBI..... Then you better know about the pressure of LI GI HNI Nd many more on regular basis there.... coz I also worked in IDBI then Got shortlisted for IBPS clerk Nd SBI clerk.... But didn't opt to join.... Now I've been working in RRB bank for 3 years.... Nd posted almost 750km from my home..... But I've no problems.....!! Kyunki pressure work load struggle har jagah har field me hota Hai.... Baithe baithe koi salary Nahi deta..... 🔥🔥

As an psb employee with the experience of 6 years I have a piece of advice ur reason for leaving is just silly even psbs r not far better when it comes to working conditions in compared to rrbs even sometimes worst...better join private banks or foreign banks

Exactly. Even if the banks use 1 or two months salary of their working employees on improving conditions the banks will be in great conditions.
Mam please reply,what about transfer! Is it mandtry after any interval of time or we can continue our job at place for lifetime? (Asking coz dont want to shift residence every time)

18 months and 3 transfer..
No one is happy in banking sector..So don't get demotivate for banking job if u need a job go for it...nd if u r much capable u can try for better.

Ma'am pachhtaoge mat chhodiye RRB PO ko kyunki IBPS PO mein zaroori nahin ki aapko hometown mil hi jaye. Agar mil bhi jata hai to max 3 years ke liye hi milega uske baad aapko dur jana padega Aur ek baat aur nationalised Bank mein home Posting ka matlab home state hota hai. Hometown posting ki baat karein to RRB is best Rest is your choice

Allow Archan see at present so many people facing unemployment and you are demotivating so many bank aspirations please dont do that if you don't like the job means your wish and always try to motivate some one if not please sit quite why because as per my knowledge RRB po is a best job and with good salary and less work pressure and we will get home town and one thing I will tell u remember always in your life very job is resiky and we shoul face it and live the life what God have given thank you and my request to u please do one job either bank Or KZread please dont do both at a time because u will not succeed in your life always concentrate in one thing thank you

What can i do in mains for good marks
I am a vocational teacher in KVS, getting 58k in hand. Pros: timing 6.30 hrs - 8 hr max. 70 days paid vacation in a year. All gazetted holidays including second saturdays. Cons: No promotion for vocational subject till retirement. If one complete difficult area posting of 3 years, can get near hometown for 5 years but after that again can be displaced. Child's safety and security is involved. Working in kvs since 4 years. Planning for RRB PO as it offers posting only in your state. I am confused should I go for RRB PO or not???

@@gullyvloggers9717 If you have done your masters in English then u r eligible, but you have to pass a qualifying exam of both Hindi and English to get selected. That means you should also know basics of Hindi grammar as well.

@@ShivaniGupta-yf8vu Join RRB miss, the salary and work life balance is good enough and you can continue to prepare for other examinations with your remaining time if you're not satisfied! At the end of the day, SBI will no way post you anywhere near your hometown so you better make the bucks from RRB while maintaining your personal life! Best of luck for your journey!

@@soumenmahato9237 I can reply correctly once I will join Canara bank PO, but as I heard work pressure completely depends on branch you are appointed, the default answer is RRB po has less pressure than IBPS PO but it could be reversed according to branch. Also if RRB bank branch is somewhere deep inside village and you are coming from city such that total up down time is very high then it will leave no time for preparation. So, it's completely depends upon branch location and workload in that particular branch.

One has to pay Rs.2 lakh bond and 1 month salary if he/she decides to leave RRB before the completion of 2 years of joining!

@@afficialdeepak I've heard this from another KZreadr who was planning to go from RRB PO to IBPS PO and she told about this in her video and it's mandatory to pay this bond as they tell you about this condition while joining and if you try to get away without paying, you know there will be legal consequences cause you accepted the terms while signing the joining letter!

Agar bank me naukri karni hai to rrb se bdya kuch nhi hai,,kyonki life me paise se jayda shanti aur apne lie samay jayda important hai,,,4*30tak lagbhag rrb jo bhi thoda sa rural branch hai,,aram se apne ghar pauch sakte ho 5 pm tak,,aur work load na ke barabr hota hai as compare to nationalize bank ke,,

@@ShivaniGupta-yf8vu dekhiye sbi clerk se po bnoge or aryvrat mein abhi Scale 1 mein ho jaogi after 2 yrs tyari krke scale 2 .. sbi mein work load bahut h u will not get time.. meri mano practical chuno .. district se kuch nh hota seniority or scale salary matter krti h + convience to hai up mein khi se khi b ja skte h .. so finally go for RRB PO

salary pe kam karke naukar ki jindagi nahi jina hai bhai maine 2sal pehle rrb se resignation de diya....ghatiya work culture pressure rehta hai 60k milta to hai....lekin zindagi jhand ho jata hai....kuch budda hai loan leke baitha hai khud naukri chor bhi nahi sakta aur inki biwi sab paisa apne maike pe udrati hai ...isliye office meh aake khisiata hai.....2 roti kam khao lekin naukri kabhi mat karna...khud ka raja bano
