I watch this video every day at 4:00am. Then I work out. Then I go to school. That when I get home. I watch it again. And I work out again. Then I do my homework. Then I watch it again. Then I work out for the third and final time. Then I go to sleep and repeat my day. Because I want my senior year of high school to be where I’m happy with myself

You dont need motivation, you need discipline. Motivation in just a short flame that just starts to go away slowly overtime as you get unmotivated. However discipline is a permanent raging flame that just goes on and on until you die. You can only have it when you keep working harder when you dont feel like it. Motivation is hard to get but, discipline is always there by your side.

I've lost a bunch of weight and gained a bunch back without realizing, i was confident, happy, i had confidence, i had friends and stopped the grind before it even truly began because i was too comfortable at that point and never even got to where i wanted! Im back on this shit and in 6 month when i graduate imma be a completely new person to who i am now!

I just wanna say something, since I was eight I've always wanted to study Astronomy and Physics, I live in the Netherlands and in order to do that you have to finish your first school, and graduate that with the highest level of education possible in the Netherlands. A year before you graduate from your first school, the teacher comes op to you and discusses what level you are currently on, and advises what level you should do in your second school. I did not get the level I wanted to do in my second school. So there was one thing I did, one thing I could do, even though we went in our first lockdown, I worked my ass off. I showed what I could truely do and what I was capable of. At the last year of the first school, on the last day, I went home, and like everybody else I got a call the next day. I got the level I wanted... The level I needed, no matter how much I was brought down I showed myself and everyone else what I could do. Right now I am 14 years old in my second school studying four languages and science and math hardcore and have a 9.1/10 on average. Most people thought it would be nearly impossible but I showed them. All I wanna say is that: 'there is no failure except in no longer trying' Thank you, dear stranger for reading this. I am just starting to get into a specific plan for my day, I ain’t the most healthiest guy, nor am I a guy who goes out often but I want to be a guy who does. I want to become someone better than I am. Watching this video really made me realize that I need to work, work, and work. Nothing in life is earned without work. Work till your dead I guess, hah Just a little edit: when I first actually worked out, when I really tried my arms were dead for 2 days straight. AND I WAS HAPPY! I wasn’t complaining or anything of the sorts, I was smiling I was laughing I couldn’t even raise my arms, and I felt so silly cause I didn’t do anything CLOSE to what my brother has done, but I did my best and did what I could do I pushed myself to my limits and I was happy it made me stronger a better person that ONE workout gave me strength to do more and more and more to keep on pushing! Cmon lads! We will get there, we will be who we want to be, and when we get to what we want to be you keep going. You will make it!

I am in my high schools, Guard . I was in it last year it was my first year and this is my second year. We practice 26 hours a week in the heat and we are a part of one of the best marching band programs in the state. We sweat so much and it so hard no matter what some people say about color guard and marching band it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I am known for my work ethic. people always tell me how hard of a worker I am there are 50 girls and my color guard and last year i won most improved and my coach gave a five minute speech about me infront of 700 people (the marching band and there families were there too). I have passed out from Heat exhaustion because i refused to sit down till i got my tosses right. I just found out that i didn’t make the varsity winter guard and girls who didn’t know guard existed while i was outside sweating my ass off in 90 degree weather in the seventh grade made it over me when they don’t work hard at all. So the whole talent does not beat work ethic thing is bull shit. It’s not true. Some people will always be better even though they don’t deserve it.
