This is soooooo good. It is so important to work together. Having no/ different directions causes so much problems with classroom management. This is what culture shocked me when I got to high school, other teachers let them kids do what they want to. You are so right !

I know how draining and demotivating it can get when you’re feeling out of place and like you don’t belong there, I was ready to just go back home. But I hope that you’re at least able to adapt until you can find a school where you’ll feel like you belong. It’ll happen, we all deserve it ❤️❤️❤️. The best is yet to come 🤍

The rules staying the same is such a great strategy. If one teacher wants the kids to raise their hands when they want to ask a question and another allows interruptions, the former seems stuck up, boring and strict. then the latter seems cool and fun. which can create so many problems.

I remember when you told us about your new school and how you can about choosing it. It meant another year in China. Happy you are in such a good environment of teaching and your growth as well have been tremendous to watch Emily ❤️💐.
