Some of these materials look so intimidating to work with but once you start you find out how easy it can be to get great results. When the season is over smooth it all out, roll it back up and do it again next year.

When you attached the 3rd and 4th ribbon, did you continue to use every other twist tie? Also, what did you use as the base of the garland? It looked like a long string.

They are called...pipe cleaners... just go to a craft store and ask for them...
