Wow... Talk about perfect timing!!! I'm currently external facing(sales and customer service focused). But at work today while getting coffee I was talking with a colleague in our Internal Audit Department and she told me she started at my current position and has been at our company for like 16 years!!!! I really love numbers and accuracy and she got my wheels turning!! Maybe one day I will be Internal. Either way great video!!! ☺️

It is SO WORTH IT I get like 10,000+ steps a day when I walk during work! It’s amazing for productivity too

My role is mainly internal (though I chase down clients for money here and there) and honestly I feel so much relief to be where I'm at compared to the consultants dealing with the nonstop client madness lol. Side note, what food scale do you use? How do you like it?

Usually like 10,000-15,000 steps on a regular day it’s amazing!

How do you get your Apple Watch workout to keep going when it's on your ankle? Mine pauses after 10 seconds even though I'm walking... I'm wondering if it can't pick up a pulse and that's why?

It works perfectly well for me! I keep the watch on the inside of my ankle if that helps

I’m kinda both 🤔 I’m the Director of Administration so I oversee several departments (Marketing, HR, Resource Development, Finance) and will deal with some external constituents but mostly deal with internal affairs

Have you owned a Keurig Supreme or any kind of Keurig? Watching your coffee montage made me ask. I have the Keurig Supreme. The descaling light will not turn off. I am annoyed but i am going to try to descale again and see if it works. Crossing my fingers

not really, i think i’m hyper aware just because i make these videos so i’m sure to not say anything you can’t google! i just like talking about market intelligence because i think it’s pretty unique but growing a lot in companies

I still miss the to do list for the day, the time stamps, the preparation for meetings... Actual work content instead of chatty breaks

each day is different. i put timestamps whenever there's a change in time! and i had no meetings after my stand up so it was just a quiet day, another internal vs. external thing. it's okay for the video to change as the days do ❤️‍🔥 i still talked about something work related during lunch and took you along the day, shared a snack that keeps me productive & more. to do lists really only happen when i have multiple things i'm juggling, which this tuesday i didn't and that's just realistic
